Karen Foster Project

Well finally, here is a set that I have just made with the new Karen Foster Design "Birthday Collection". There are plenty of cute bits and pieces about this collection, not only can you get the papers you can also buy the gorgeous stickers, stackable stickers, ribbon and Birthday Bubble Brads, all perfect for you Birthday projects.

Materials Used:

Blow Out the Candles Stickers

Birthday Stacked StickersCakewalk Pattern PaperLets Party Pattern PaperBirthday Birds Pattern Paper

Step 1
From the "Blow Out the Candles" Stickers I used the "Make A Wish" sticker, which I stuck onto cardstock and cut around, then just put aside.

I then cut out the birds and the Happy Birthday Banner from the "Birthday Birds" pattern paper and then put aside.
Step 2

I trim a red piece of Prism cardstock the 17 x 23cm and folded in the middle. I trimmed the bottom of the card with a piece of the "Cakewalk" pattern paper cakes, which I stuck to the bottom, I then cut out pieces of extra cakes and using some foam tape, layered them over the top of the same shaped cake, as you can see by the bottom photo.

I then trimmed the top of the card with a zig zag border, and using the "Happy Birthday" Banner which I cut out earlier stuck it to the card as shown in the bottom photo, and finished off with buttons and some Dimensional magic.

A close up of the birds and banner on the card.

Step 3
To create the bag, I cut a fancy top to the bag using a zig zag border, and I then cut out a red circle for the middle of the bag with Prism cardstock and embossed the card using my cuttlebug.

I covered the bag with the "Lets Party" pattern paper as shown in the top photo, and then added the circle and I also trimmed the top and bottom with Prism red cardstock.
I used the Birthday Stacker "Cake" Sticker for the centre of the bag, and finished off with the "Make A Wish" sticker which I trimmed earlier and then foam taped it onto the bottom of the stackable sticker.
I finished off with a couple of presents on the top right hand side of the "Make A Wish" Sticker.

Well that is it quick and quite easy to create Karen Foster Design party gift set, if you want to see more go and check out the Karen Foster Website.
Well a little more tomorrow.
