Hi everyone I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Looking out my window today, and it is such a lovely day, and now it is spring I will have to do a bit of spring cleaning lol.

The second layout is using the gorgeous range of Splendid by Bo Bunny which I just love, very bright, I also used the Bo Bunny rub-ons and stuck up flowers, this was created for the Bo Bunny Blog, you will also see some other great projects, if you go and take a peek created by the girls from Bo Bunny.

Competition

I haven't posted for nearly a week, thats bad for me, I have had the flu, and not been feeling so crash hot.

To catch up - Bo Bunny has a competition that they are organising on their blog, all about Paper Piecing.

Paper piecing .....is making a comeback, it’s trendy, it’s fun, it’s pretty, it’s playful, it’s whimsical, it’s graphic and it’s a million other things we haven’t thought of yet. Bo Bunny would love to see your clever approaches to using paper piecing on your projects. If you would like to hear more about this fun competition go to the Bo Bunny Blog, and take a look. I will share a little Paper Piecing project soon.

Now to Share a little creation this cute little "Beautiful Bird Cage" that I have created using the New "Beautiful" Range of pattern paper and flowers from Bo Bunny. I absolutely adore this little bird cage and the papers are just gorgeous.

I just wanted to say thankyou so much to everyone that has commented on my blog, it really means alot to me so thankyou again.
Well that is it from me, I am going to curl up with a coffee now and just relax today.

Enjoy your day.

Countdown begins

OK I promised this little item, the photos aren't brilliant, it was hard to capture this with every little detail, but it was really fun to create, and it really is so cute, I loved doing this for Karen Foster Design yes it is the cute little Countdown Calendar, I am going to have to do another one, I know Halloween isn't celebrated here as much as America, but gee it would look so cute done in a halloween theme.

Here it is, it did take me a while to do, because there is a lot of detail to this project, but it was well worth it, I can't wait to get it back, because it will be so cute at Christmas.

I will put chocolates in it for Chaise and Sarah, they will love it.

My Layered Life

A quick trip to Rocky and back today, so for the first time in a longtime I haven't been home, which is unusual for me lol !!

I went with the whole family and we had a wonderful day, we ended up at the Rocky Zoo and gardens which is really gorgeous, especially this time of year, had lunch with all the Lorikeets hanging around, lets just say it was a lot of fun, and I got some great pics.

Sarah actually took a really wonderful photo of a Peacock, which I am just going to have to scrap, and Chaise really enjoyed seeing the Monkeys, so a great day had by all. Mike did the driving so I had a nap on the way home.

Anyway, just thought I would do a really quick post and share a layout that I have done for Aussie Scrap Source Blog, another Challenge "My Layered Life" so go and take a peek some really great layouts are up at the moment.

I have a little something I want to share with you tomorrow, it is a Countdown Calendar that I created for Karen Foster Design for the CHA. These little boxed calendars are really a delight, and I can't wait to create another.

Anyway, until then.........

Ready for Spring

I must be getting ready for spring, because I loved these cute little stickers and I had to buy them, and of course use them straight away, so I decided on a quick card. I have been having fun creating some cards for Myself lately some for assignments and just some just for fun, so when I need them they will be available, I suppose it has been fun having a little me time. Well I had some Heidi Grace left over papers which I matched with them, I am loving these left overs lol !!

Anyway this is the finished product, just quick, well quick for me and I thought it looked kinda sweet, especially with the little blue bird and lady bug, really very cute. So I am going to create a couple more things so I will have more things to show you over this next week. just some fun things, not for any reason at all.......... just for me and just to share.

Have a great day.
