My Layered Life

A quick trip to Rocky and back today, so for the first time in a longtime I haven't been home, which is unusual for me lol !!

I went with the whole family and we had a wonderful day, we ended up at the Rocky Zoo and gardens which is really gorgeous, especially this time of year, had lunch with all the Lorikeets hanging around, lets just say it was a lot of fun, and I got some great pics.

Sarah actually took a really wonderful photo of a Peacock, which I am just going to have to scrap, and Chaise really enjoyed seeing the Monkeys, so a great day had by all. Mike did the driving so I had a nap on the way home.

Anyway, just thought I would do a really quick post and share a layout that I have done for Aussie Scrap Source Blog, another Challenge "My Layered Life" so go and take a peek some really great layouts are up at the moment.

I have a little something I want to share with you tomorrow, it is a Countdown Calendar that I created for Karen Foster Design for the CHA. These little boxed calendars are really a delight, and I can't wait to create another.

Anyway, until then.........

Carol, I love the background paper in your layout. It appears to have a grid of some kind in it. Great effect along with the 3d work...Rhonda

I love the layered look you are so famous for. Well, at least in my mind! You have inspired me to use the layering technique to embellish my own scrapbooking pages. If I am able or maybe I should say, if I get around to it, I will post a photo or two on my blog of some of my work. Just as I went through a glitter stage, I am now deeply rooted in layering!
